Russia’s participation in the second summit on Ukraine is possible according to the format of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said, Report informs referring to Ukrainian media.
“The participation of the Russian Federation in the second peace summit is possible according to the format of the Black Sea grain initiative. We have very successful experience in negotiations on the grain initiative. Then Ukraine negotiated with Türkiye and the UN, then Türkiye and the UN negotiated with Russia. The agreement looked like a document signed between Türkiye, the UN and Ukraine, as well as Türkiye, the UN and Russia,” he noted.
According to Kuleba, Kyiv is determined to host the next peace summit in one of the countries of the Global South.
“Not only Saudi Arabia is being considered. We are really committed to having the second summit in one of the countries of the so-called Global South. And there are several players here who are interested in hosting it,” he added.
