Moscow is interested in accelerating the process of normalizing relations with Washington but an impulse on both sides will be needed for that, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs via TASS.
"Naturally, we would like to see better dynamics. We are interested in that. But it takes impulses on both sides to move forward," he said when asked by TASS about progress in unfreezing Russia’s relations with the United States amid problems in the Ukrainian settlement.
"We continue to be interested and hope that the process will gain momentum," Peskov added.
