Kazakhstan to test its first meteorological rocket

The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan will conduct flight tests of the republic's first meteorological rocket in 2025, the ministry's press service said, Report informs via TASS.
"Currently, subordinate organizations of the aerospace committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry are conducting research work to create a prototype of a meteorological rocket. Flight tests are scheduled for 2025," the press service informed.
The ministry noted that information about the research work "is confidential and classified as restricted service information," therefore they cannot provide information about the progress, nature, and results of the work.
