Kazakhstan's ambassador to Türkiye appointed permanent representative to OTS

Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Türkiye Yerkebulan Sapiyev has also been appointed as the country's permanent representative to the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), according to a decree signed by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Report informs, citing the presidential office.
The OTS includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan. Hungary, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Turkmenistan have observer status in the organization.
