Istanbul hosts Russian-Turkish negotiation on Middle East

Russian-Turkish talks on the situation in the Middle East have commenced in Istanbul, according to a diplomatic source in Türkiye, Report informs via RIA Novosti.
The Turkish delegation is headed by Deputy Foreign Minister, Nuh Yilmaz, and the Russian side is headed by Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov. The consultations are being held in a closed format.
Representatives of Russia and Türkiye plan to discuss the situation in Syria and the Middle East conflict zone during the talks.
