Inauguration of Shavkat Mirziyoyev scheduled for July 14

The inauguration of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who won the early presidential elections in Uzbekistan, is scheduled for July 14, the press service of the upper house of the Parliament of Uzbekistan said in a statement, Report informs via TASS.

"The upper and lower houses of parliament adopted a resolution on the appointment of the inauguration of the incumbent President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who won the early presidential elections in Uzbekistan on July 9, for July 14," the statement reads.

Mirziyoyev was re-elected President of Uzbekistan in the snap elections on July 9 for 7 years.
