Hakan Fidan: Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan to draft roadmap to strengthen cooperation

Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan will prepare a roadmap aimed at strengthening cooperation, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said in Ankara at the 2nd trilateral meeting of Foreign Affairs, Economy, Trade and Transport Ministers of Azerbaijan-Türkiye-Uzbekistan.

According to Report, he noted that today's meeting will discuss opportunities for political and economic cooperation in a trilateral format:

"We will define our roadmap for concrete steps that we will take in the upcoming period. As the first agenda item, we will discuss issues directly affecting foreign policy and regional cooperation. The second topic of discussion is trade, economy, and expansion of economic cooperation. Türkiye's trade volume is growing year by year. Within this framework, our trade relations with the Turkic world are also expanding. We attach special importance to expanding trade partnerships with Turkic states and increasing mutual investments."
