France and Ukraine signed a 200 million euro agreement for joint recovery and modernization projects, Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said on X, Report informs.
Svyrydenko called the agreement “a major step forward in rebuilding and revitalizing Ukraine.
