Foreign ministers of Türkiye and Iran meet in Saudi Arabia

Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan met with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, the Turkish MFA said on X, Report informs.

The meeting took place on the margins of the Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Iranian press said the meeting discussed existing issues between the two countries.

Recently, the heads of the diplomatic missions of Türkiye in Tehran and Iran in Ankara were summoned to the foreign ministries of the host countries.
