Five policemen killed in attack in Iran

At least five policemen were killed in southeastern Iran on Friday after unidentified gunmen opened fire on two police patrol vehicles, according to Iranian news agencies, Report informs via Iranian media.

The Iranian side has described the incident as a “terrorist attack.”

The perpetrators reportedly fled the crime scene.

According to official sources, the operation to identify and pursue those responsible for the attack has been entrusted to security forces and law enforcement agencies.
