Türkiye started working towards opening an embassy in Damascus (Syria), Star newspaper said, citing Türkiye's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Report informs.
"We have started working towards opening an embassy in Damascus. We will wait for suitable conditions," Fidan stated.
