Explosion and fire erupt at Iranian oil plant

An explosion followed by a fire broke out at an oil plant in Iran’s Garmsar county, according to the Red Crescent Society of Iran’s office in the county, Report informs via Tasnim News Agency.
Emergency responders and firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
No information about casualties has been released at this time.
Garmsar county, located in Semnan province, is notable for its scientific center and as the birthplace of former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
