EU delegation arrives in Armenia to pave way for visa liberalization

A delegation from the European Union has arrived in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, to develop a program for negotiations on visa liberalization, according to Paruyr Hovhannisyan, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Report informs.
"On November 5-6, an EU delegation is in Yerevan with the aim of developing an appropriate program of negotiations," Hovhannisyan said during a preliminary discussion of the draft law on the state budget for 2025 at a joint session of the standing committees of the National Assembly.
The deputy minister also revealed that work on the draft of the new Armenia-EU partnership agenda is nearing completion.
