Erdogan: Türkiye to continue efforts for fair solution to conflict in Ukraine

Türkiye will continue to make efforts for a fair settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a press conference before his visit to the Netherlands, Report informs.

"We closely monitor the activities of the European Union in the field of defense. The Turkish defense sector is capable of making a significant contribution to the development of this area in the EU. Our efforts for a fair settlement of the conflict in Ukraine continue. After a three-year break, we organized a meeting of the parties in Istanbul, reached a decision on the exchange of prisoners and bodies, and intend to continue the Istanbul meetings," he noted.
