Erdogan: Türkiye strives to create zone of peace, security in region

Türkiye continues to make efforts to achieve peace in friendly countries such as Ukraine, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the opening of the IV Antalya Diplomacy Forum, Report informs.

According to him, Türkiye will continue to take the initiative to mediate in resolving crises in Africa and Asia.

"Ankara seeks to create a zone of peace and security around itself, establishing good relations with neighboring countries, expanding opportunities for cooperation and trade, and creating bridges for dialogue between conflicting parties. We do not lay claim to anyone's lands or natural resources," Erdogan noted.
