Chief of Georgia's State Security Service resigns

The chief of the State Security Service of Georgia, Grigol Liluashvili, has resigned, Report informs via Georgian media.
Additionally, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze announced personnel changes in the government. Thus, a Ministry of Regional Development will be established in Georgia, headed by Grigol Liluashvili.
