The discussions around the peace treaty have not stopped and the process is ongoing, Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan told a briefing, Report informs, citing Armenpress.
“The process hasn’t stalled,” he told reporters when asked about the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace talks. “There was a pause because of the COP29 in Baku, and it was announced by the Azerbaijani side that the pause was due to the busy schedule. But we are on a positive point and we are in the logic of proposal-discussion-proposal. There is a positive dynamic,” Simonyan said.
