White House: Russia, China and North Korea strengthen cooperation

Washington notes that Russia, China, and North Korea, which do not agree with the existing world order, are strengthening cooperation with each other, according to the briefing of the White House, Report informs.

"We have seen a growing desire by Russia and China, and to some extent North Korea, to increase and improve their communication with one another," said US Administration spokesperson John Kirby.

Kirby believes that the world should be organized by rules, but some countries want to break them.
