Ursula von der Leyen: EU to keep working with partners in combat climate change

Climate change is still on top of the global agenda. So Europe will stay the course, and keep working with all nations that want to protect nature and stop global warming, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said in a special address during the 55th annual World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland, January 21, Report informs.
Von der Leyen highlighted that all continents will have to speed up the transition towards net zero, and deal with the growing burden of climate change.
She emphasized that the Paris Agreement continues to be the best hope of all humanity.
