Ukraine is ready to resume talks within the Normandy Quartet (Germany, France, Russia, and Ukraine), Ukrainian permanent representative to the UN Serhii Kyslytsia said, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
“As the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said, President Zelensky insists on holding talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin,” Kyslytsia said.
He also recalled that the Ukrainian Foreign Minister wants to talk with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“We are ready to resume talks in all formats, including the Normandy Quartet. Unfortunately, Russia does not want to hold the summit of the Normandy Quartet,” Kyslytsia said at the meeting of the UN Security Council.
