The United Kingdom plans to conduct the last flight to Kabul, Afghanistan, next week to evacuate all of its nationals from the country, Report informs, citing The Times.
According to sources, the date has not been officially confirmed.
The UK Foreign Ministry said earlier that 1,200 people had been brought home from Kabul since Monday last week. The UK Embassy to Afghanistan said the kingdom is working with the Taliban on the tactical and practical level to ensure the evacuation of its nationals and Afghans that have this right.
According to reports in the BBC that cites the kingdom's Defense Ministry, the kingdom will send 200 more troops to Afghanistan to ensure the security of their citizens during their evacuation. Thus, the number of British troops in Afghanistan will be increased to around 900 people.
