Third round of Russia-Ukraine talks begins in Istanbul

Negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian delegations on conflict resolution have started in Istanbul.

As Report informs, the meeting is taking place at the Çırağan Palace with the participation of a Turkish delegation headed by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.

The Russian delegation is headed by Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky, while the Ukrainian delegation is led by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov.
