UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer is close to securing a major trade deal with the European Union that will allow British arms companies to sell billions of pounds worth of weapons to European allies, Report informs via The Times.
The current British Prime Minister has repeatedly stated his intention to build a new relationship with the European Union.
On April 16, it became known that the British authorities are close to signing an agreement with the European Union on food and veterinary standards. However, the media wrote that this could jeopardize the trade deal with the US.
