Syria's new administration, following the transition process, will announce a "roadmap" that includes conducting a population census, approving a new Constitution, and holding free elections, Report informs via Türkiye's Hürriyet.
"Now is the time to build a new Syria. After establishing a temporary administration, a 'roadmap' will be announced. A process will be organized to create a new constitution, conduct a population census, and hold free elections," the publication says.
Earlier, armed opposition representatives who seized state television in Syria appeared on air claiming they had established control over the country. Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his family members arrived in Moscow, where Russia provided them asylum.
