The parties involved in the Russia-Ukraine conflict are closer than ever to a resolution, including in the Black Sea, and may soon move on to discussing broader issues, State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said, emphasizing that progress has been significant, according to Report.
Bruce added that the US is actively working with Russia and Ukraine to facilitate peace efforts, particularly in the Black Sea region.
She also noted that once a ceasefire is established, the parties will be able to move forward with discussions on other key matters.
