The West wants to raise the opposition in Russia, said the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergey Naryshkin, Report informs, citing Kommersant.
According to him, even if the West prepares plans to destabilize Russia, it will not succeed.
Naryshkin claimed that the US State Department tasked the local media with spreading propaganda to create a split within the government in Russia.
