The Russian merchant vessel Ursa Major sank in international waters between Spain and Algeria, Report informs via El Español.
The vessel sank after an explosion in the engine room.
Two crew members are missing, while the remaining 14 people were rescued and taken to the Spanish city of Cartagena.
The vessel departed from St. Petersburg on December 11 and was heading to Vladivostok.
