Russia's delegation has arrived in Istanbul for talks with Ukraine, Russian news agencies said Wednesday, Report informs.
The delegation, led by Kremlin aide Vladimir Medinsky, "landed at the airport of Türkiye's largest city at around 3:40 pm (1240 GMT)", Russia's TASS news agency said, citing a correspondent.
