Russia expels British military attache in retaliatory move

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday said it is expelling Britain's military attache from Moscow as a retaliatory measure, Report informs via CGTN.

The ministry summoned a representative of the British Embassy on Thursday to protest against the expulsion of the Russian attache from London last week, the ministry said. It said the British military attache must leave Russia within a week.

Russia's retaliatory measures are not limited to the expulsion of the British diplomat; Moscow will inform London about further steps, the ministry said.
