President of Kazakhstan dismisses ministers of defense and transport

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev dismissed Defense Minister Ruslan Zhaksylykov, as well as Transport Minister Marat Karabayev, whom he had previously reprimanded, Report informs, citing the press service of the Kazakh leader.
Dauren Kosanov, who previously held the position of Deputy Minister - Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, has been appointed as the new Minister of Defense.
The press service of the head of state has not yet announced who will become the new head of the Transport Ministry.
