President Macron initiates anti-drug trafficking operation

During a visit to Marseille, French President Emmanuel Macron has declared the commencement of a nationwide police operation aimed at combating illegal drug trafficking, Report informs.
“To eradicate illegal drug trafficking and uphold the principles of the republic, we have initiated an operation in Marseille and across various French cities,” he wrote on X.
