The Polish Ministry of Defense has announced that the launch vehicles for the Patriot air defense missile systems, ordered by the Polish authorities from the United States, will continue to be manufactured in Poland.
According to Report, on August 12, a contract will be signed in Sochaczew near Warsaw between RTX, formerly known as Raytheon Technologies Corporation, and Huta Stalowa Wola for the production of 48 M903 launching stations, which are part of the Patriot missile system. This marks the beginning of the second stage of the program to create the long-range air defense system, Wisla.
