Pakistan has accused India of violating its airspace, Report informs, citing TASS.

A rocket fired from India fell on the territory of Pakistan on March 9.

India's Chargé d'Affaires in Islamabad has been summoned to Pakistan's Foreign Ministry. He was given a note of protest.

"The Indian government has been warned of taking into account the consequences of such negligence and taking immediate action to prevent a recurrence in the future," the ministry said.

An Indian-origin "super-sonic flying object" entered Pakistan from 'Suratgarh' in India at 6:43 PM (local time) on March 9.

The object later fell on the ground near Mian Chunnu city in Pakistan's Punjab province at around 6:50 PM on the same day, causing damage to the civilian property.

The Indian side has not yet commented on the incident.
