OSCE Sec.-Gen.: Organization not in best shape now

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is not in its best shape now, the organization's Secretary General Firudin Sinirlioglu said during a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Moscow, Report informs via Russian media.
"You are right, the OSCE is not in its best shape. But our common task is to restore the organization's former relevance," he said. In turn, Lavrov drew attention to the fact that Sinirlioglu took over the organization in "difficult times."
"By the 50th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act, the organization has approached, let's be honest, a very deep crisis," he noted.
