Official of July 15 Memory museum: Turkic nations prevented coup attempt by standing in front of tanks

Turkic peoples should fight together to protect their countries and not look for solutions in the West, Muhammet Yildiz, official of the July 15 Memory museum and art historian, told Report.

Yildiz noted that although there was a treacherous coup attempt in Türkiye on July 15, the people defeated the terrorists by standing in front of tanks:

"At various times, certain forces make such attempts to seize power. However, our people prevented this attempt in Türkiye by standing in front of tanks. Azerbaijan supported Türkiye during the coup attempt, as it does on every issue. There is joint resistance and struggle between the two countries on every matter. My personal view is that countries with Muslim populations, in particular, should exchange ideas on how to fight against such coup attempts. Otherwise, we will be left alone against the West."
