A conference will be held between special envoys of Russia and Germany to Afghanistan this week.
Report informs, citing TASS, that the exact date of the discussion is unknown.
The meeting of Russia, the United States, China, and Pakistan on the situation in Afghanistan will take place in the second half of November.
