New Syrian constitution expected within six months

A new constitution for Syria is set to be prepared within six months, Report informs via Turkish Hurriyet newspaper.

"The constitution will be drafted within the first six months, followed by a referendum. During this period, a population census will be conducted, and voter lists will be updated," the newspaper reported.

Additionally, new political parties will be established in accordance with the constitution. Subsequent elections, supervised by the UN, will then transfer administration to the party that wins the election.
