Nearly 40 missing after building collapsed in China

At least 39 people remain unaccounted for due to the collapse of a six-story building in Changsha, a city in central China's Hunan province, Report informs, citing the Central Television of China.
The building housed the shops, catering facilities, and a small hotel.
Moreover, 23 people are trapped under the rubles. Rescuers have managed to save five who were hospitalized.
The causes of the incident are yet to be established. The rescue operation continues.
