NATO launches 'Eastern Sentry' operation

NATO's "Eastern Sentry" operation, which aims to strengthen security on the alliance's eastern flank, has launched, Report informs.
"The military activity was launched in response to airspace violations and aims to bolster NATO"s posture along the eastern flank. Allies have already started deploying forces and capabilities.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced the launch of ‘Eastern Sentry" to bolster the posture of the Alliance even further along its eastern flank. This military activity will involve a range of assets from Allies. Eastern Sentry will make clear that NATO is always ready to defend," reads NATO"s posts on X.
