Mukhtar Babayev: Azerbaijan proposes holding summit of Caspian states to discuss Caspian issues

Azerbaijan proposes to hold a summit of the Caspian states, President of COP29 Mukhtar Babayev said at the session of the XI Nevsky International Ecological Congress, according to Report.

"Azerbaijan proposes to hold a summit to discuss the problem of the shallowing of the Caspian Sea at the highest level and to agree on joint approaches to its comprehensive solution in the spirit of constructive dialogue and regional partnership," he said.
