A magnitude-6.4 earthquake occurred south of the Philippines at around 19:21 local time on October 4, Report informs via Crisis24.
The epicenter was about 130 km (81 miles) east-southeast of General Santos, Philippines. The tremor occurred at a depth of about 122 km (76 miles), and shaking was probably felt throughout southern Mindanao Island, Philippines, and the Talaud Islands, Indonesia.
There have been no initial reports of damage or casualties as a result of the earthquake.
