Lukashenko officially sworn in as Belarus president

Alexander Lukashenko has officially assumed office as the President of Belarus.
According to Report, the inauguration ceremony took place on Tuesday in Minsk.
The Belarusian presidential elections were held on January 26, 2025, with Lukashenko securing 86.82% of the vote, according to the official results announced by the Central Election Commission.
Lukashenko has been in power since July 1994.
