Leaders of 27 EU countries to mull aid to Ukraine without US

Leaders of 27 EU member states will discuss at the summit on December 19 how they can help Ukraine if the new US administration withdraws support from Kyiv, a high-ranking EU representative in Brussels told journalists ahead of the meeting, Report informs via TASS.

"The leaders want to anticipate - not publicly - what the new administration will do regarding Ukraine. Obviously, one of the discussions in the format of 27 countries will be about what can be done if it becomes necessary to support Ukraine independently," he said.
