Handing call-up papers to detainees at anti-war rallies is not against the law, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Report informs via TASS.
"It does not contradict the law," the Kremlin spokesman said in response to a question about how justified this practice is. "There is no violation of rights."
