As the House of Representatives delays a decision on further large-scale assistance to Ukraine, the US administration will continue to look for ways to provide Ukrainians with emergency support, as it did last month, White House Advisor John Kirby said, Report informs via UNN.
"We have already introduced some emergency measures. You saw how the Pentagon was able to get $300 million to support them (Ukrainian forces - ed.) in an emergency assistance package. We will continue to look and see what else we can do," Kirby said.
At the same time, he emphasized that the US government still has its hands tied in this situation.
Kirby stressed the need for a law with additional funding.
