Jerusalem residents in AnewZ interview: Israel had no other choice

Jerusalem residents have expressed their full support for Israel's actions against Iran, city's residents said in an interview with AnewZ.

According to local resident Ora Rival, the strike on Iran was a long-awaited step: "I woke up very early and heard that the Israeli army had struck Iran — and I was very pleased. We really had been waiting for this. I love all soldiers of the Israeli Air Force. I myself was in the army many years ago. I wish our army success in this operation."

Another city resident, Elenaor Skutts, stressed that Israel was forced to act.

"I believe we simply had no other choice. It was a last-minute decision, but a necessary one. We cannot afford to wait until Iran makes its move — then it might be too late."
