Israel's air force commander says air defense systems in Tehran were destroyed past night

Israel Air Force Commander Tomer Bar has declared that the military conducted strikes on dozens of targets in Tehran overnight, hitting air defense system infrastructure.
According to Report, Bar's statements were released through the military press service.
Bar said the objective was to weaken Iran's air defense capabilities.
"We executed a series of precise strikes of operational and national significance that have enhanced our air superiority and freedom of action in Iran. For the first time since the beginning of the conflict, at a distance of more than 1500 kilometers from Israeli territory, our Air Force struck defensive systems in the Tehran region," he said.
