Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned German Ambassador to Tehran Hans-Udo Muzel on Wednesday.
According to Report, which cites Iranian media, the summoning came after Germany shut down the Islamic Center Hamburg (IZH) on Wednesday.
While warning the German government about the consequences of such actions, the West European Affairs Director General of Foreign Ministry stated in this meeting, "Such actions are a clear example of confronting the freedom of thought and expression and actually promoting violence and extremism."
