Indonesian Embassy in Damascus attacked

The Indonesian Embassy in Damascus, Syria's capital, came under fire, Judha Nugraha, director of the Indonesian Foreign Ministry's department for citizen protection, said, Report informs via TASS.
"No Indonesian citizens were injured during the incident," said the official, as quoted by Jakarta Globe.
According to him, the shooting was accidental. More than a thousand Indonesians currently live in Syria, and 19 of them have approached the embassy requesting shelter.
The embassy has declared the highest level of alert amid escalating confrontation in Syria. Indonesians are advised to avoid traveling throughout the Arab country.
