IDF confirms Iran shot down Israeli UAV

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has confirmed that one of the Israeli drones was shot down over Iran last night, Report informs referring to The Times of Israel.
"During operational activities, a surface-to-air missile was launched at the IAF drone," the IDF said.
The military confirmed that the drone crashed in Iran, but added that "there is no fear of information leakage."
The IDF also said that it has air superiority in western Iran and Tehran is working to achieve this in other parts of the country in order to prevent Iranian ballistic missile attacks on Israel.
According to the IDF, more than 70 Iranian air defense batteries have already been destroyed in the strikes.
